The UIUC campus is finished.

Well, me BUILDING on the university is finished. I just need to tweak a couple things, and it will be ready for the kids to go to school. here are the fronts of a couple buildings i finished. details like the backside or floor pics can be found on my flicker page.

Here you see the campus, Noyes, Lincoln, Impe, Foellinger & Bromley.

Now let me say, i've never been in bromley. so i have NO clue what it looks like inside, or what the rooms look like. and i've only been in Impe like once...which was for fashion show practice.

So none of these building have the exact interior as the original, just because that is basically impossible. and if you ask why there are so few floors, well, it would be impractical for my game to have a building with that many floors. i'd need more RAM for my computer cuz it would run hella slow. so the exterior looks as much like the original as i could make it. sweet. next up, we have the apartments i made. i'm pretty satisfied with them. :D

Just four... we have the ever-popular (maybe TOO popular) 808, 801b, 1010, & the Green Balconies. I do have the boardwalk apartments, but i'm still kinda fixing it...i can't remember what the windows look like, so i have to wing it. you can actually see it in the campus picture...upper lefthand corner. btw, i made schnucks as the neighborhood grocery store. you can see it in the simbana north pic, upper right hand corner. also in that pic, you can see my ghetto helene gateway across the street from ISR. hahahaha.

The apartments are set up VERY differently. They each have about 5 rooms, each room taking the space of where an apartment would be. Why? because i can't have 16 playable sims living in one building. at most 8, but i'm fine with around 5.

TAKING REQUESTS!
1. If you want your kid to live in a specific dorm then apartment building, please tell me. If you don't, they'll end up living where you did. If i didn't build your dorm/apartment, then i'll place them where they fit. All of our 1st borns will go to college 1st. if there's enough room (because i haven't calculated if there is), the 2nd borns can come, in alphabetical order. that's the only fair way :D. i know, i'm crazy. Available dorms & apartments:

PAR - 12 rooms, 8 playable
Bromley - 8 rooms, all playable

Just because they pic a major doesn't mean they can't work any job...it all has to do with what skills are required to graduate in a certain major and a career with similar skills needed. As long as a sim learns the skills needed, they can work any job. Also, for the 5 new careers, only sims that graduated from college can get those careers. too bad for our sims! booooo. i'd totally give my sim the paranormal career hehehe :D.

Infidelity

How could love go so wrong? When there's a haht man involved, well I suppose anything can happen. And that's just what happened in the case of the ex-Mrs. Sharon Delatorre Farrell.

Sharon and Colin shared a great love, ultimately resulting in six gorgeous children. But already by the 2nd child, Wentworth, you can see that someone else tickled her fancy, a man she probably thought she'd never meet.

But lo and behold! Look who moves into town! Mr. Wentworth Miller. And of course, Sharon was one of the lucky ones to be in the Simbana Welcoming Party that day.

As you can see after he finished giving her a backrub, Wentworth digs Sharon as much as digs him.

So one night, when Sharon invites Wentworth out for decorating tips, Wentworth decides to go for it and makes out with her. Is it a crush? No, Wentworth is in love. So in love that he wants to get engaged to a married woman!

A few nights later, Wentworth invites Sharon over to confess his love. After a little makeout session on the bed, Sharon also falls in love.

So how did it all turn out?

Sharon thought Colin would be out the whole day and invited Wentworth over. As things started getting a lil hot in the bedroom, Colin catches them in the act! See how it all went down:

Sharon was pretty cruel at the end there, aye? Wow. ;) Colin thought she was pretty cruel too...just hearing a song brought him to tears (ya best put yer speakers on for this one! i didn't set this one up!)

It was all just too much for Colin. He just couldn't take it anymore. He moved out and brought Seamus, Skyy and Charlize with him. Sharon went over there to try to make amends but Colin breaks up with her and shatters her heart like she shattered his.

Sharon has since moved on with her life. She took back her maiden name, and Payton, Wentworth (her son) and Dylan also took her maiden name. Also, they invited Wentworth Miller to live with them, since he plans on marrying Sharon and starting a new life with her. So begins her new life with Wentworth. Will they reach their golden anniversary together? Or will Sharon's eye wander to the next hottie that comes into town? Only time will tell in Simbana!

Gotta love the cheesy-ness :P

If you still come here, WOW! thanks! i know it's been a while, and i've promised some event updates, but reality had to come first over the end of summer and through the holidays. there are A LOT of birthday shindigs we all attended to in the fall!

so i will bring you Infidelity, Sharon Style, but i'll have to write that code a lil later.

but first, let me ask you, what car do you want your sim to drive? YES! with my new christmas gift from my wonderful sister (& bro-in-law & godson), our sims can own vehicles and drive them places!

Meet Lanie, PJ's new baby girl. Straight from his womb. That's right folks! PJ's womb. Obviously, seeing Lanie's features, you know what happened.

ALIEN ABDUCTION.

It finally happened! Truthfully, I tried making it happen everytime I played PJ's home. There's a 5% chance that a sim will be abducted while stargazing through the Farstar e3 Telescope between the hours of 7pm and 2am. And every time a male sim is abducted, they always return pregnant. Sweet.

First, 3 videos: PJ coming home from the abuction, PJ going into his 3rd Trimester, & PJ giving birth, which is a lil different than when ladies give birth. I'll have to put up one of those. After that, pictures showing the progression of PJ's pregnancy.

House of Riches and Lovin

Chris has reached the top of his Business Career Track: Business Tycoon. Every morning of work, the corporate helicopter pics him up:

This video is of the helicopter dropping him off. You may even be able to see him and another bystander covering their ears from the sounds of the helicopter. How cute. ;)

Also, Devon went from child to teen. I added a lil patch on his chin. I think it fits.

But most interestingly...Chris's eldest, Sasuke. He's on full power with his Romantic Aspirations...well, as far as teenagers can go. First, Sharon's daughter, Payton. Next, Henson's daughter, Jordan. And by the way, Jordan is also going steady with Sharon's son, Seamus. Lil minx. Apparently, Sasuke is quite irresistible.

Sasuke's first kiss was with Payton. Here's how it went:

SPECIAL EDITION NEXT TIME: Something real special. Something that PJ may kill me for. But since I only had a 5% chance of making it happen, it was well worth it. I'm so excited about this, that my kids' makeovers and Sha's infidelity can wait. That'll come in the days after. I hope I don't disappoint you ;)

Simbana in Action!

I finally set up a YouTube account and found a way to edit my video clips from Simbana. Now you can experience a part of the hilarity I experience every time I play Sims2. We'll start with the oldest ones first...and I'll upload more during the week so as to keep you all busy during work ;). If there's a Simbana moment you want me to capture, please feel free to ask. :D

1. The very first movie I took for Simbana! It's of Liss and me doing our secret handshake when Liss came out to greet me. The quality is horrendous, and the movie is pretty small. Why? I didn't remember to first fix the video settings on sims. So the video is on all the lowest settings.

2. Remember how I told you that Paul looked through his telescope during the day, and was pretty much spying on neighbors? Well this is the reaction from the neighbor being spied on. Jen's hubby, Dr. Daniel Jackson looked through his telescope during the day and spied on my house. I love the good doctor's face as I walk away at the end. niiiiiiice.

3. Twan & Ian make out. As Twan is pregnant with their love-child, Izaak.

4. Something unSimbana related. Paul and his magic shirt. Pay close attention because it happens fast! sorry for the bad quality...it was taken at a dark lounge.

Valentine's Day is usually a romantic occasion. But not for one unlucky teenager in Simbana...or is it? This past V-Day, one Kenny Famarin was stargazing in the family telescope and was suddenly abducted by aliens. While he was gone, he was being experimented on. How do I know? His needs were going CRAZY! After a few hours, he returned...wanting to be abducted again. He even wants family members to be abducted!

ISR is the only dormitory ready for inhabitants. PAR will be next. Any other dorm you guys want done? i was gonna do bromley, but i have NO idea what it looks like, and there are only a few pictures of it online...i think because it's private certified housing.

ISR now has a pool, hot tub, gym, cafeteria, computer room, and can house 20 people. PAR will house about 24.

Twan and Ian's son has grown into a toddler. however, life with half brothers isn't that easy...at least his sister likes him. :( Check out the picture captions in flicker for more info.

On a sidenote to this story, Catherine Zeta Jones hates Twan with a passion!

I have never seen relationship levels this low before! maaaaaaaaan! But i guess that's what happens when you catch someone doing the woohoo with your husband in your bed. dang.

Jerome got fed up with doing nothing as a hall of famer. He discovered he wants to work for a living and aims to be a business tycoon. but he's got to start towards the lower end of the middle as a Junior Executive, Level 4 of the business track.

Genevieve Eads and Sergio Hartnett (daughter of Fatima and son of Juvy) take a couples pic! hope this lasts through college!

#4 - Actually 2 buildings that are close neighbors of each other. One is hang out, the other we'd party occasionally at. Pay close attention to the patio area. First get the light building, then you'll get the other. Cuz the other doesn't look anything like it's supposed to.

#5 - I actually put this next to IUB, but it belongs elsewhere on campus, not far from IUB. You can see it to the right behind the line of trees in picture #6.

Welcome to another installment of Sims of our Lives. Or at least, that's what we should call it now. something is in the water that our sims are drinking, because it's starting a streak...a bad one. And what is it? Infidelity. Adultury, Whatever you'd like to call it. And who was the first? Mr. Ian Mendoza. He cheated on one of the most beautiful sims, Ms. Catherine Zeta Jones, his wife and mother of his 3 children. And who did he cheat with? Twan. Oh Twan, sorry I had to do that to you. It's actually a couple of requests of Ian: Have an affair with Twan, and leave CZJ.

And the last request was for this:

Yes, Twan being pregnant with Ian's child. Let's see how that goes!

Wentworth has already fallen for Sharon. She was a part of the welcoming party, and they clicked nicely. So much so that Sharon asked him to meet her at the shopping strip. It starts with a backrub, then sealed with a kiss!

Also, I gave Twan a new hairdo. Actually, I also gave me and Sharon new 'dos as well, but i haven't take pics yet. maybe i'll do other people's hair...but i'll post those later.

I don't know if you've noticed, but most of our sons have the same hair. eek. so i'll do my best to finish that up and have our kids grow up and procreate. who will marry who? any breakups? affairs? oOoOoOo...

On another note, i'll also be posting any pictures i take of our friends here. yay camera!

House of Magic!

Next was Thara's house...aka, the House of Potter. Last time we saw them, the Potters had 2 children, child Riku, toddler Neolani, and a bun in Thara's oven. Here, you see Thara reading to her toddler, Neolani. The young girl eventually becomes a child, and here she is, playing pinball with her pops.

Soon after, we learn that the bun in Thara's oven turned out to be TWO buns! And I thought I was done with twins! I guess I could've restarted the game...but Thara actually wanted 5 kids: 3 boys, 2 girls. Originally, she wanted her children in this order: Riku (boy), Neolani (girl), Sora (boy), Kairi (girl), Xavier (boy). But I figured, this is my shortcut. Now you know who the last child she's working on is. but here is a pic of the proud parents and their twins, Sora and Xavier. ...and a pic of Thara and baby Sora from the movie that plans during birth for sims.

Next, some cute pictures of kids hugging kids!

While I was playing, I figured that the older kids are mature enough to watch their younger siblings... ...while their parents go and relax. and while we're at it, a look at the twins as toddlers. Sora, and Xavier

And finally, the reason I was playing at Thara's house...so that Riku can become a teenager. Before and after!

Of course, I'll still play until she has all her kids. But I just won't be at her house fer a lil while I romp around other people's homes. Next up! Jen's house! Remy needs to grow up and be a teenager. I might as well wait till Sadie becomes one two. ;) See ya!

Why smoochies? Because 2 teeny boppers had the first kiss since last time I checked in. I was in John's house for a few, but I only took one picture at his house...of his son's first kiss! yeaaaaaah! and with who you may ask? Jordan Rara! oOoOo...

Next was PJ's house. Man PJ, i'm sorry your family is so pale. you can blame your wife for that. But I'm gonna wait to see when Kate is ready to have kids again, because at the moment, she doesn't want anymore babies. Hopefully the next baby won't be pale. :D Anyhoo, I took a couple pics at PJ's house. You'll see his family having hot dogs for lunch while PJ is talking to them about skiing, Kate getting a job in law enforcement, Bianca's first birthday party with just the boys, Bianca as a child, a screen view of PJ's Lifetime Want, and ending with Kenny's first kiss to Kassidy Cadayona. oOoOo! I just checked my email today, and yesterday I received an email asking when I was going to update the sims site. I apologize! I forgot how this site is some people's break from work. hahahaha :D

But I haven't really been playing! Sorry again. Blame the PS2. But I DID take a picture that I have not yet released... and here it is!

And so, my scheming was fruitful, and I have gotten my simdaughter, Genevieve, with Juvy's simson, Sergio. niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice.

I'll try to mix it up more in Simbana. If you have any ideas, holla. The home tours take a lot of time, and to tell you the truth, they're not that interesting. hahahaha. or are they?!?!? I'm not sure. they're a lil tedious to make. okiedokes! laters!

SimCribs, Simbana Edition v3

Welcome to the 3rd Edition of SimCribs! On to the tour!

Pics 01,02,03, are top view layout pics of all four floors. Pic 04 is closeup of their cool top floor living room with high ceilings. nice. And pic 38 didn't make the cut, so don't go crazy trying to look for it :D

Welcome to the Farrell residence [05]! Apologies for the night time tour. But it still looks coooooooool. :D Upon entering their happy home, you see the archway into the living room/kitchen [06], the stairs leading to the basement [07,12], the hallway leading to some rooms [08], and then the stairs to the 2nd floor [09]. As we're looking at these stairs leading up, to the left, we'll see the 2 toileted bathroom [10]. Why 2 toilets? For parties of course! Since many bathrooms are small, we'll be seeing a lot of wall cutaway pics of bathrooms and other small rooms [11]. Remember the small arch next to the basement stairs [07]? When we go in the arch, we see the play room, where Colin is playing on the pinball machine [13]. The computer is also in this room [15]. We can also see into the babies room [14]. First going into the nursery, we see the double doors into Sharon and Colin's awesome bathroom [16]. Look right, and you'll see the crib and changing table [17] and look left, and you'll see the chess set [18]. A nice game to play while waiting for baby to wake up. Let's exit through the play room...the first thing we see is the second archway into the living room/kitchen [19]. The living room kitchen is vast. You'll first see the sliding doors leading to the backyard, as well as various toddler toys, a cake from someone's birthday (i think skyy's), and Skyy's potty training toilet [20]. Sorry Sha, it's there out of convenience ;). Look left, and you can see part of the bar and barstools, Seamus studying on the couch, various chairs, and the big windows that let in large amounts of light [21]. Look right and you'll see the open kitchen, one of Sha's favorite places[22]. Also, you can see the dining area. Head on straight to the sliding backdoor and turn around to see where we were standing. You can see the archway and the bar we were standing next to [
23]. Look diagonally right, and you can see the first archway into the living room/kitchen [24], and look right to see another view of the dining area and kitchen [25]. And leftover cake. Let's go back into the hallway and go into the main bedroom, which is the the door staight ahead [08]. The bedroom is a lil barren, most likely because Sha is a workaholic or is too pregnant to want to decorate more [26]. hehehe. So the bare essentials are here - bed, wardrobe drawers, lights and the elixer of life. yummy! If we go infront of the drawers and look right, we can see a pretty door leading to the backyard [27]. look left, and you can see the door leading outside (right), and the door leading to the awesome bathroom [28]! Let's go in there! First thing we see? the JACUZZI [29]. niiiiiiiiice. Go in a lil further, look left and you'll see counters and a mirror (where Payton did her makeover), and the archway to the bath [30]. If we go to that area and turn around, we see more counters, a mirror, double doors leading to the babies room, and another door leading to the hallway [31]. Going towards those counters and turning right, we'll see those same doors on the left, as well as the door to the master bedroom (straight ahead) and the archway to the toilet and shower [32]. This is the shower/toilet/bath area with walls up [33], and walls cutway [34]. Okie dokes! Let's go downstairs [12], where the kids' rooms are, as well as where they do their homework.

When we go down, we'll first see the wall, so let's step to the right and turn around [35]. We'll see chairs, shorty book cases, and a desk. Go to that area and turn left. We'll see more desks, as well as the door to Payton's room (straight ahead) and her bathroom (left door) [36]. Move forward and turn right, you'll see the previous desks, one more desk, and doors (left to right): Payton's room, Charlize's room, Seamus' room, and Wentworth's room [37]. Turn around to see Payton's bathroom [39]. And let's see Payton's bedroom [40]. She left her old toys in her room, which she'll probably give to Skyy or Charlize. But she has an awesome bed! If we go by the toy ark and turn around, we'll see the door to the hallway and the door to her bathroom by her closet [41]. Onto Charlize's room! currently, she has nothing in her room but a bed [42]. I know, I really need to redecorate =/. Turn around, and you can see the door to her bathroom, and the door to the hallway [43]. I must say though, Charlize's bathroom kicks ass [44]! There is a wall separating the toilet from the bath, though the shower is still pretty open. But I think this is my favorite bathroom. The master bathroom doesn't count, because you can't beat a jacuzzi ;). Enter Wentworth's room, door on the right of the hallway. [45]. A dark room, besides the floors, but I like it! Notice the cool bathroom door at the back of the room to the left. Also minimally furnished with only a bed [46]. Wentworth's bathroom is very plan, but still cool, like the open shower [47]. On to Seamus's room! Enter and look to the right, and you can see his bead, closet and standing mirror [48]. Gotta look good for the girls, right? Turn around, and you can see the door to his bathroom [49]. Well, I zoomed you right into the bathroom, but if you're standing in front of his closet, you can see the door to the hallway, and the door to his bathroom [50]. Now let's hustle on upstairs!

Go upstairs and turn around, you can see the hallway to all of the upstairs rooms (left to right), archway to upstairs living room, door straight back to the bathroom, door to extra room, and the piano room [51]. Also, there's Sharon and toddler Skyy. Freeze frame, move up and turn around, you can better see the door to the piano room [52,53]. Go to the next door on the right and we see the extra room that Sharon doesn't know what to do with [54]. That is, I don't know what to do with it :D. But those double doors do lead to the rooftop outside. The door at the end of the hallway leads to the second floor bathroom [55]. Pretty spacious, since I didn't have to cut the walls down [56]. Next, my favorite part of the house. To the left in the hallway is the double archway leading to the upstairs living room. First thing you see when you look through: awesome [57]. Well, I think it is. Move in further to see the downstairs living room [58]. Did I forget to tell you that the downstairs living room pictures are misleading? The whole living/dining room/kitchen area has super high ceilings, besides the stretch of ceiling holding up the flooring for the upstairs living room. Sorry, I at the time, I forgot to take pictures to include upper levels. Anyhoo, While on the overpass of the upstairs living room, you can look right and left over the railings to see the kitchen/dining room and living room beneath you [59,60]. Go to the end of the room and turn around to see the flat screen tv (which I'll replace with a hanging tv) and comfy couches to watch it on, or nap on[61]. Now let's go outside to the roof top through the double doors in the extra room. when you exit, there's a wall when you first get out, so if you pass that wall and turn around, this is what you'll see [62]. Turn right, and you can see the backyard trees and also the remote controlled car [63]. Try to find it in the dark! I should put some lights up here. Go further up and turn left to see the dart board on the wall and two telescopes [64]! Awesome to gaze at the stars or spy on your neighbors! Go by the telescope to the right and turn around and look up...a perfect night to go star gazing [65]! can you find the moon?

But of course, we MUST end with a picture of the master bedroom's bed. And hopefully some people on it [66]! End with close-ups of the sweet bedside manners of Colin (HA) and Sharon's surprised face! [67,68] Because I'd be too! hehehehehe

~Starring Juvy Alhambra Hartnett and Family~

I made this tour shorter, not to mention that this is a smaller house (no offense juvy!!!). Also, for most of the pictures, i filled in the sky parts that you can see since sims doesn't use ceiling tiles. Why did i fill it in? It's a photoshop thing. If i fill in the ceiling, which can take up a good amount of space in a pic, the automatic contrast works better and makes the pic brighter. Leaving the sky in would sort of cancel out that auto feature since the sky is already so bright. Got it? No? Ah well. On to the tour!

The first 4 pics are floor plans of all 4 floors, first through roof top [01, 02,03,04].

Welcome to the front of Juvy's house! The door is wide open...let's go in [05]! As soon as we enter, we see the stairs in front of us, as well as an entrance into the living room [06]. To our right, we see the dining room [07] and to our left, we see the study [08]. If we turn around to see the front door
[09], we see that it has a curtain around it! Maybe i should take that out. Seriously, I didn't know it was there until i did the tour ;). Well, let's go into the study, into the left corner. We can see the opposite corner of the room, as well as the door to the full bathroom [10]. And if you're curious as to what those yellowish brown things are jutting from the bottom left of the picture, we're standing in a pot of sticks. You can see them clearly in the next pic, since we just crossed the room to the opposite corner by the piano [11]. Let's step into the bathroom! Immediately to our right is the bathtub, and you can also see part of the door leading into the living room [12]. If we go further in and turn left, we can see the toilet and sink with a mirror over it [13]. Lovely curtains as well! Let's move onto the living room!

In front of us, we see a nice sculpture with the stereo behind it [14]. As we move forward and to the right, we get a better view of the tv and couches [15]. If we turn to our right, we can see were a lot of the family spends time: the computer [16]. You can also see the door we came from, the bathroom door on the right, as well as the archway to the main hallway we saw earlier. If we face left again and move past the tv couches we see the chess set, pinball machine, couches by the fireplace, an easel, and barstools in front of the kitchen island [17]. Let's get a better look at the kitchen! If we move by the fireplace couches and turn right, we see open kitchen with Josh and baby Kayla hanging out [18]! You can also see the entrance to the dining room we saw earlier. Kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave, fridge and stove [19,20]. You can also catch a glimpse of young Nevin putting away dirty dishes! Let's move onto the dining room [21]. A very nice and simple room, featuring light toned furniture and gold accents [22]. Onto the second floor [23]!

As soon as we get to the top of the stairs, we can see the entrance to the nursery on the left, some comfy chairs, and the door to the upper veranda [24]. Turn around, and you can see where we came from, and the other side of the balcony [25].Moving into the nursery, we first see the fridge to the right (which is open btw), and the crib in the far right corner [26]. If we stand where the crib is, we can see the rest of the nursery, as well as Juvy looking through the fridge [27]. You can see things like the baby bath, changing table, special formula, and high chair [28]. When we exit the nursery, we see the door to Nevin and Jonathan's room [29]. They have an average room complete with 2 twin beds, wardrobe, play stove (everyone should know how to cook!), and toys. We can also see the door to their shared bathroom [30]. If we walk to the other corner of the room, we can see where we come from [31]. They have a shared bathroom with their parents, Juvy and Josh. They have a spacious bathroom with a separate bath ans shower, counters and toilet [32,33]. With a privacy foldy thing. Forgot what it's called ;). Juvy and Josh share a simple room, with bed, wardrobe, elixir of life, and some decorations [34]. If we move to the other end of the room and turn around, we see the double doors to the hallway [35]. Exiting their room, the first door to the left is another bathroom, and the next door is Sergio's room. We also see the fish tank that is currently uninhabited [36]. The bathroom is pretty much the same as the other [37,38,39]. The bathroom is linked to the Sergio's room, so let's get in there! Sergio has the simplist room, with just a bed [40,41]. Exiting Sergio's room, you can see the stairway to the 3rd floor room, and Juvy and Josh's bedroom doors [42]. Turn left, and you can see the open balcony to the 1st floor front door [43]. Let's go upstairs! [44]

If you turn right, you see the single 3rd floor nook with a nice couch to rest on, the bathroom (that door there), and the 3 teleporters to the rooftop [45]. Since the bathroom is small, i just took down those walls so you can see in [46]. The couch is nice and comfy, where the family likes to take naps [47]. The teleporters are a nice a quick space saver that takes people instantly upstairs [48]. The middle of the rooftop is enclosed with a bar, barstools, and wicker loveseats [49,50,51,52]. There are also 2 doors leading to each side of the roof [53]. If we walk to the far right corner and turn around, we'll see the telescope [54]. Nothing much if we turn to the left [55], but if we move to the telescope and look down that way, we'll see another pinball machine [56]. Further down is the inground hottub, where EVERYONE likes to hang out [57]. Well, adultwise. That's where all the guests go first! At least, if i see that someone is missing, i just look to the roof and there they are! And of course, to end our tour, let's have another looksie at Juvy and Josh's bed [58]! How sweeeeeeeeeeet!

Welcome to the front of Abby's home! To your left, you see young Emerson Pitt trimming a hedge [05]. Moving throught the front door, you reach Abby's front hall [06]. Looking forward, you see the doors leading to the back deck. Not pictured are the archways to your left and right, leading to the dining and kitchen area (left) and the living room (right). Let's go downstairs! Going downstairs and turning right, you see the door to the bathroom and the archways leading to the basement play room [07]. Here's the not-yet-fully-furnished basement play room [08]! If you turn right, you'll see the door leading to the same bathroom as before. Enter the bathroom...oOoOo...[09,10]. This bathroom also leads to Emerson's bedroom. But let's exit the bathroom and go back into basement hall where you see the stairs we came down and 2 doors: 1 leading to the extra room and the far door leading to Emerson's room [11]. Dunno what to do with the extra room [12] which also leads to Emerson's room, so let's move on into there [13,
14]!

Back to upstairs, and we'll move into dayroom leading into the dining room and kitchen [15]. Move in further and you'll see the dining room [16] which has a half view of the kitchen [17]. Moving backwards to get into the kitchen, you'll see down the way the front hall and the archway into the living room [18]. In the kitchen, you see the large manuevering room, island in the middle to eat a quick meal, complete with washer, trash compactor, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, stove, and espresso maker [19,20,21,22]. The kitchen has a back archway leading to the back of the front hall, which also has an archway leading to the back of the living room [23]. Moving on, we enter the back of the living room [24]. Moving right, you see where they spent alot of their time watching tv over the fireplace, until it was temporarily moved. You'll also see where the family likes to spend time playing pinball, but i should really move that to the basement :D [25]. You may have noticed that there are plenty of desks [26]. Kids need somewhere to do their homework, right? Let's move on to where we came from [27], the front room so we can move upstairs [28].

To the right, you have the doors to the den [29]. I wasn't sure what to call it, but it works hehehe. Nice stone flooring (actually, my favorite floor...so you may see it in many homes), stereo with dancing space, a fireplace [30]...and of course, a bar [31]. Turning around, you'll see another piano, which i was sure i wanted to get rid of [32,33]. Back out into the hallway [34] and turn left , we come to the smaller part of the hallway, leading to the double doors of Aleysen's room, more stairs leading up, and Ethan's room [35]. Aleysen's room was converted from 2 separate rooms sharing a bathroom. I left the bathroom in the middle [36,37], and the right side of her room is her wardrobe [38], the left, her bed [39]. Going back outside and going further into the small hallway, we see the stairs and the door to Ethan's room [40]. He may have a small room, but it's the room with the balcony [41,42]. nice. His bathroom door is to the right of his wardrobe, which we don't have a good pic of. Small bathroom, but it still has everything: shower, bath, toilet, and sink. even plants [43,44]. going out of the bathroom, we get a good view of the balcony [45]. It's a good sized balcony where the family likes to paint [46]. Moving on to the upstairs...you can get a glimpse of the baby's room to the left [47].

Moving further up, we see the door to the upstairs general bathroom [48]. But let's see the rest of the 3rd floor atrium. oOoOoOo...turning right from the stairs, you catch another glimpse of the atrium nook and the door leading to Abby and Brad's bedroom [49]. rOWrrrrr. but we'll get to that later. Turn around, and you see pregnant Abby and her toddler Aleysen in the nursery [50]! If you go in a lil to your left, then pivot right, you see the necessities of the nursery: changing table, crib, fridge, special formula and garbage can [51]. Turn a lil left, and you see the nice fireplace with bookshelves on each side [52]. Plus, at the bottom is one of the toddler toys. Turn more left, and you see the mom n dad resting nook, where the can lounge, nap, or read [53,54]. I need to pizazz up this side more. :D Now let's go to the bathroom! Together! Cozy bathroom in nice neutral colors, complete with addition of mirror and potty training toilet [55,56,57]. Don't worry, the phone isn't in the bathroom...i just had to do a cutaway pic to view the whole bathroom. The phone is on the outside wall [58]. If you turn around, you see the 3rd floor atrium nook. a good place to sit, nap or lounge [59].

Now enter the master bedroom! Immediately after entering, you see the dresser and the door to their bathroom to the right [60]. Straight in front of you is a lovely loveseat in front of a fireplace oOoOo [61]. Turn to the left, and you see the nook with their bed. of loOoOove [62]. For now, lets go into their bathroom. To the left is their bathtub and shower [63]. To the right is the toilet and sink [64]. There is also a pretty mirror above the sink [65]. Exiting the bathroom, you see a better view of the Love Bed [66]. niiiiiice.

For a nice change of pace, lets go outside to the deck. we're gonna skip to the far left side and turn around. The deck covers the length of the house, complete with grill, telescope and some seating [67]. If we go further to the left and exit the deck, we see a double swing for everyone [68]! Everyone loves to swing, even adults! Going back onto the deck, going to the other side and turning around, we get a nice view of where we were [69]. Turn around again and going to the edge of the stairs, we get a nice view of Brad Pitt in the hot tub [70]. Rowrrr! Going to the left of the hot tub, and turning slightly right, we get a full view of the left side of the yard (which would be the right side if you were looking from the front) [71]. It includes the hot tub, pool, and the arch that Abby and Brad were married under. Beautiful. But a lil anti-climatic. So to end, a nice top view of the LOVE BED [72]. yeaaaaaaaaaaah!

Thank you for being patient, and I hope you enjoyed the view. Juvy's house will be coming in like a month or so. hahaha. ;D

workin on a new project while taking a break from project #1 (simbana university). new project: SimCribs, Simbana Edition! I'll be taking all of you on virtual tours through your homes via pictures. pictures are easy to make. buildings on the other hand...damn that SimbanaU. these pictures will be like if you were walking through these homes yourself...seeing what your sims see. hope you guys like! first one up, Mrs. Abigail Pitt. that'll be my next post. i just have to adjust them on photoshop, upload them, then blog them. gimme at least a week! hehe.

heeeeeyyyyyyyy! long time no talk ;) sorry for the long overdue delay, but i've been a tad busy...and sleepy hehehehe :D. so here are some random pics for you!

John has reached the top of his criminal career: Criminal Mastermind! hahaha. oh John. Jen had her 1st child, Remy, who you see in the pictures. She actually had her second and last child as well, Sadie. She's just precious ;). i'll put up pics of her later. in other news (no pics), thara is working on her 3rd child. she currently has a son, Riku, and a daughter, Neolani. pictures will be up next time.

and the biggest scandal going on in simbana: Ian has seduced Twan! you'll see the pics of them in the hot tub together...what's going on?!? hehehe...it was actually ian's request that him and twan hook-up. oh ahding.

Still working on Simbana University. it's tough.

someone still reads this blog! hahaha. well, sha-town is right! it's the illini union :)

and what have i gotten for xmas? the new expansion pack of Sims 2 called University. awesome. our kids can now become "Young Adults" and go to college. so what have i been working on? Simbana University. i've started making the quad and buildings. of course, i had to make the union first. the second one, i need your help with.

the 1st easy building to make...what do you think it would be? if you guessed the undergrad library, good for you! so i started it...but ran into problems. i tried making it underground, but that would cut about a third of the inner area. it's a lil hard to explain, but needless to say, it wouldn't look pretty. so the second building i made was 2 floors above ground. it looks nice, but not exactly the undergrad. the third building i made, 1 floor above, 1 floor below. it looks alright.

my question: which building do you like better for Simbana University Undergraduate Library? 2 above floors, or 1 above 1 below?

and by the way, is the undergrad 2 or 3 floors? hahahahahahahaha

oh yeah, and what buildings would you like me to put onto the campus? i'm already going to try to make ISR, 808 Illinois St. Apts, 801B Stoughton, 1010 Stoughton, Horizon Apts, possibly Green Balcony Apts or Boardwalk/Busterwalk Apts, Univ YMCA... But what Quad buildings do you want to see? and i'm really going to try to make Foellinger, but i'm not sure if i can make a dome roof yet.

alrighty! i still won't be posting too much, but don't worry, i'll be workin on it. and soon, our kids will be at Simbana U., joining frats or sororities. nice.

a new installment of our guessing game! this time, it's guess that building! it's what i've been working on since xmas...i'm not sure if anyone checks this regularly anymore, but hey, give it a go. all of you in my sim universe know this building. but it's missing some key features, and you can guess those too, but it just wasn't possible to make. at least, it didn't look good when i tried. so here it is, front and back! it'll give you an idea of what i'll be doing for the future of sims. :D

Here you'll find Brad Pitt making cereal, Juvy and John making omelets, Sharon making chili, Alicia Keyes making grilled cheese, Liss making hot dogs, ian making spaghetti (and also burning it) and Rachel preparing pork chops and lobster thermidor. i'll have to get the inbetweens and finished products for hers later :D

here is Aniela Smith, but i just didn't dig her hair. i think that when we have kids, when the girls get their daddy's hair genes, they get some generic hair style. sucks. so, for her, i changed her hair. as with Phoebe, i gave her a shoulder-length wavey cut. awesome.

or Welcome to the Neighborhood!i apologize for the long absence! i've been trying to make a hair mesh (the form of the hair), and it's HARD. that, and i've added 2 new couples to sims! i didn't spend alot of time trying to fix characters that look like them. i just pretty much tweaked the eyes and hair. the rest i didn't care about anymore hahaha. so! first, meet Jen Giron and Dr. Daniel Jackson! yeaaaah!

Next, we have someone who isn't an alum, but i heard she kinda wanted to be in Simbana. Thara Gagni and Harry Potter! hahahahahaha. yeah. i wasn't sure who to pair her with, but juvy found this out for me. awesome.

i know i've been making promises of what's to come, but you just need to be patient. next time: Guess That Teenager! and to come, Makeover Miracles! hahaha.

these are pics from like the past two weeks. liss's house, henson's house, joe's house, paul's house.

here you'll see grayson and phoebe as kids, hugging blissfully, not knowing that one day they'd have the hots for each other. or did they??? you'll also see that phoebe is definitely liss's kid, seeing as how she's playing in the bathtub. lil weirdo hahaha. jk...lotsa sims do that if they're bored and have a playful personality. not much at henson's house, just that i got him demoted. sorry man. at joe's his family is eating some mac n cheese, and there's a pic of brody as a kid, since his twin, briar, looks exactly like her older sister, kassidy. paul's house was more interesting, since paul wanted me to give his wife a makeover. so you can see her new look. that and paul was peeping again. lucky him didn't get caught this time.

the food edition will have to come a lil later. i wanna take pics of different people doing the preparing, so it's not all one sided. so that will take a while. so in the meantime, i'm putting together a few screen shots of people's wants and fears. so stay tuned!

so evidently, the most CRAZIEST thing that has ever happened to me while playing sims just happened last night. leave it to pj's house for this to happen.

i started playing pj's house...the last save i had was from when i did couple portraits. his 2 kids kenny and parker were upstairs playing, and so i decided to first start on them with new actions. all of the sudden, one of the pop-up window notices pops up, focusing on kate. and it didn't look right. so i pause it real quick and focus in on her and pj. and she was doing the strangest thing i've ever seen. it looked like she was choking. oh man. i kinda freaked out cuz she looks really scary. check it:

after i took the pic (while paused), i decided to read the action that was going on. "Crying Softly." waaaaaaaaaaaaat??? i had no choice but to click play and see how things went. all of the sudden, she crumbles up onto the floor, and into the couch. literally. i'm sure it's just a graphic mistake, but it looks real weird. you can kinda see a leg in one of the pics. so pj is crying, and kenny ran down to cry too. and guess who else shows up? that's right. mr. grim reaper. as soon as he came, i knew what i had to do. take more pictures! hahaha. that, and cancel pj's "crying softly" and tell him to plead for his wife's life. so he did:

and when you plead for a life, you play a game with death. in this case, guess where the dark blue ball of light is. unfortunately, i didn't get a pic of the ball of light. but lucky for pj, he beat grimmy, and saved his wife's life. he's proud he beat death, and she's happy to have escaped it. awesome. e'rybody's happy! nice story, aye?

and why, you may wonder, was kate dying in the first place? well, she wasn't sick. but somehow, they randomly chose her to die. it would've been real sad if she had, because about a sim hour later, she vomitted because she's pregnant. so yes, pj saved 2 lives. yay!

and since we're talking about death, there are 9 ways to die in sims:

6. satellite - watching clouds during the day or stargazing without a telescope, you can have a rare random chance of having a satellite from the sky, crush you, and leave you in ashes.
7. death by flies - i hear it's digusting. but really cool :D
8. disease - any fatal disease (sims can get sick) untreated for 10 days, sim goes kaput. this is also the only way children can die. :(
9. scared to death - if you have ghosts on your lot, they are able to scare you to death. rare if an adult, but the probability is higher for elders.

**babies and toddlers cannot die. they are immortal. hahahaha ;)

in conjunction with the 9 deaths are the 9 types of ghosts. creeeeeeepy. each death results in a different colored ghost. they all have the capabilities to haunt random items in the house. the creepiest is when they take the stuff bear, float it, and the head does a 360. i saw this before i knew how to take pictures. anyhoo, drowning ghosts leave puddles of water (VERY annoying), electrocuted ghosts give off sparks, burning ghosts are smoky, and the hunger ghosts take out about 5 things from your fridge. how exciting!

the BEST thing tho is if kate died and pj got remarried, ghosty kate would've been VERY upset and haunt the crap outta pj. and the wife. hahahaha. sweet.

so last night before i passed out, i played abby's house. she now has a newborn daughter, Aleysen. abby can now pursue her career in the culinary arts, since brad wants to be a stay at home dad. before aleysen was born, i took a couple pics of the men in her life: brad, emerson and ethan. here are two pics: brad tucking in emerson and the boys eating pancakes for breakfast.

ahhhhhhhhhh! so much has happened in sims. well kinda. i've been playin mine and liss's house. but then i realized, i need to play everyone evenly, so i have to make sure that at least everyone's eldest becomes a teenager. so today, i'll move onto other homes.

but first, pics from henson's house. he now has a family picture. and just so you all know, no more family pictures will be taken, just separate photos of each sim as they age, cuz sims are a bitch to get together to take a picture. i wish there was an option for a bitchslap. sheesh. anyhoo, here they are:

this next section is a compilation of the couple portraits. i'll put in the extras too, where some of them are laughing, or doing something precious. hahahaha. like sha eskimo kissing her hubby, collin. rowrrr! hahaha good times.

as of now, abby quit her business career to pursue the culinary arts. but since she's got a bun in the oven, she can't start working until at least the baby is born. then brad can take care of the lil bundle. hehe. she has yet to have a party...waiting till the infants grow to toddlers. i don't trust nannies. they steal. seriously. in sims, they can steal n break stuff. crazy old ladies. i think we had this conversation before. hahaha.

moving on...sha had a new baby boy, wentworth. and i believe she is currently pregnant again. liss had a baby boy as well, inverno - winter, in portuguese. hey, i think it's cool. screw you guys. hahahaha. but you know what's to come for the rest of her unborn children. and as you can see from the pictures, henson's wife alicia is pregnant after the birth of their third child, jaylen (g).

so who are the teenagers now? Dante Vargas, Rachel and Jerome's first born son, was the first teen. then Sergio Hartnett (Juvy's son), Phoebe Depp (Liss's daughter), then Grayson Eads (my son). and there is already a couple among that crew! who is it? make your guesses!!! and you'll find out sunday or monday. ahhhhhhhhhh...careers. how wonderful. let me explain them in Simbana: since i've cheated somewhat on your skills, everyone can get better jobs. what i've done was get a cheat that refills any needs less than half every half hour. awesome. so our sims do not sleep. only the babies. so that means toddlers are up all night learning crap too. i'm a slave driver ;)

anyhoo, it's all for the good. if they learn these skills, job promotions will be earned faster. and for kids, they can get into private school, or get jobs as teenagers. yes, your teens will be able to work.

you can quit whenever you'd like, so you can switch careers at any time. no one works more than 5 days a week. the higher up in the career ladder you go, the less you work, the more you get paid. and when you retire (only elders can), you get a daily pension every day, even if you get another job as an elder.

These next pictures may be disturbing. They show the consequences of Looking Through the telescope in sims during the day. since the sims have free will (when i want them too >=D), if they get bored of something, they find something to do that they like. so like i said before, if you look through the telescope (available during daytime hours), you are spying on random neighbors. so alicia looked through the telescope. into my house. and i was not a happy camper. so i come over lookin to open a can o' whoopass on her. and she's pregnant. hahahaha oh man. it doesn't matter. my sim bitches her out, then does the whole 'i'm gonna pretend to hit ya ta make ya flinch' move. hahaha. but i guess alicia was sassy enough to do the same move back. it was funny. :D other sims just start crying (paul) hahahahaha :D

so occassionally, i'll have others look through the telescope for shits n giggles.

QUESTION! Is there anything specific that you'd like to see done/pictures of in sims? Like, if you want to see floor plans for your home, or if you want to see someone tease someone, or a fight...stuff like that. ask and i'll tell you if it can be done. sweet.

so now i'm just workin on all your kids. my sim recently just had another girl (sydney), sha is still pregnant and i added a basement for her soon to be 6 children so as to not ruin the façade of her home, and Mrs. Alicia Keyes is pregnant.

alas, people make mistakes, and so have i. henson forgive me, because i didn't pay attention when it happened.....but Mr. Henson Rara is no more. no, he's not dead...he's just Mr. Henson Keyes now. i messed up! the house is still under Henson's name, but since Alicia asked him to marry him under the trellis, Henson took her last name. and so will their children. and i'm workin on those by the way.

AGAIN! if you want any specific names for your kids, just tell me. John, i know you want Alex and Alyssa, so that's no prob. otherwise yes, your children's names are subject to my mercy (or lack thereof >=D). i won't be too cruel. i'll just tell you guys tho that i don't like using common names.

so here are pics for henson! they don't have kids yet, or that many pictures actually. but they're from his wedding...and another couples portrait with a hatless henson. there are two pics in there that don't have henson or alicia in them...those are the guest pics i took at their wedding. in those pics are rachel, me, sha and chris. so the thing is, when you first make a sim, you pick every clothing aspect of their lives: everyday, work out, underwear, sleepwear, and formal. but for women, when they get pregnant, they automatically are given maternity wardobe. including the ugly-ass formal dress. well, at henson's wedding, us 3, me, rachel and sha, were pregnant and wearing the same thing. and happen to be in the same room (dining room) with chris lookin on like "hey! what's goin on?" hahahaha. good times.

i forgot to say before, but chris is currently Senior Manager in the business track, looking to become a business tycoon someday. he's about 4 promotions away from that. christina stays home with the kids and plays the piano. haha. henson is currently a Flight Officer in the military track, being 4 promotions away from General. oOoOo. Alicia is planning on staying home with the kids and playing the piano as well. but she also wants to join the military. awesome. we'll see if i let her do that.

i'll be working on henson's kids...then sending abby into the culinary arts and giving her more kids, then working on liss's kids, sha's kids, my kids, juvy's kids....etc.

when about 75% of the total children are born, I'll start the multiple affairs that everyone wants.

this time, Juvy was the winner! yay Juvy! Yes, it is Mr. Ian Mendoza. He is married to Catherine Zeta Jones, and they have 2 children, Anakin (b) and Madelyn (g). hahaha. ian also said that he wants like 16 kids. i'm going to have to rethink his and Liss's requests. hahahaha. the only thing Juvy got wrong was that Chris and Ian were the only ones left. actually, the next guess who will be the last, because it will be between Chris and Henson. you can't forget Henson!

Yes, it's Jerome and Rachel. They are actually the first ones to have kids when i started playing sims 2...that's why they kinda got alot of pictures. but now they've grown into a huge family. there are now 7 people living at that house! Rachel actually asked for 4 boys, but a lil surprise came out of her 4th pregnancy. can you guess? it seems to be a trend. frickin twins. hehehehe so yeah! they now have 4 boys and a girl: Dante, Jakob, Gavin, Landon and Deliah, the princess. I know i could've restarted the game without saving it so that the pregnancy outcome would be different, but i didn't think it would be right...almost like aborting a baby, you know? well, you may be thinking, 'fatima! you've already restarted the game until you got girls instead of boys, so why is this time different?' i think in those cases, it's more of a trade-off whereas trading twins for a single baby doesn't balance out for me. yeah i'm crazy. but you knew that already ;).

Anyhoo! Jerome is in the Athletic career track. He's already at the top of his career as a Hall of Famer. Rachel is currently a stay at home mom, but when the twins start school, she'll start her career in the Culinary Arts. There isn't an Astronomy career track ;).

ok! so the thief is john zata! why is he in the criminal career track? cuz that's what his sim wanted. alot of the time, i just pick what career i want them in, but sometimes i just let them be. :D

most of what i'll be writing about is sims. yes, imma geek. woohoo! but not just any sims neighborhood...it's about simbana, my experimental neighborhood of a couple of my friends (pretty much you guys, since i don't think anyone else will be reading this hahahaha).

without further ado, here is my first picture of the neighborhood. if i did this correctly, you'll be able to see it hehehehe. the homes that are occupied have a lil green splotch/diamond on top of it.

top row owners: liss, henson, ian, joe
middle row: fata, twan, juvy, abby, chris, raych n jerome, pj
bottom row: sha, paul, zata

later on, i'll post single homes, when i have something to say about them. so every friend is married to a particular star...so who's married to who??? some of you may remember, but soon you'll see pics! sure, you may not look like yourself, or the stars may not resemble themselves, but hey, people put in a lot of hard work creating these sims. :D

so yes! just wait n see! i'll put up family pics and describe what's going on. and the goal here is not what our kids are going to look like, but which of our kids are going to get together. HAHAHAHAHA let the games begin! YEAAAAAAAAH!
